2/ 10 Calm Cycles
- Inhale through the nose for 4
- Pause for 1
- Exhale softly for 4
- Repeat for 10 cycles starting at 10 and counting down to 1
- Repeat for another cycle of 10 as many times as needed focusing on the count and a steady, even breath.
Let the mind stay focussed and keep the shoulders and jaw relaxed.
