How to use your I AM YOGA Essential Oil Blend :
- Home/office scent -Add 9-15 drops to 100ml water in an essential oil burner/plug in diffuser.
- For Massage - add 10 drops (0.5ml) to 100ml carrier oil - we love to use Organic Jojoba Oil Watch our 'How to' video here
- Refresh the scent of old candles - add up to 5 drops to a freshly lit candle.
- Shower steam - add 5 drops to a damp cloth - place cloth in the shower cubicle base and enjoy the scent evaporation
Caution :
Do not use directly on skin unless pre-blended with a carrier oil.
Do not use during pregnancy, keep away from young children.
