Reiki calms the nervous system and rebalances energy; the infrared sauna then gently warms and releases tension, amplifying the afterglow. You remain fully clothed, and touch is light and respectful. Ideal for stress relief, sleep support, and emotional reset.

In person session held at Plant Potions HQ - 71 View Road, Waiheke Island. Payment taken at the session. Eftpos, Credit Cards, PayPal , cash welcome.

IT WAS BLISS 🙏🙌

My reiki session with Lou was exactly what I needed. Her energy and devotion to what she does is so evident. I felt held and safe in her hands, and was the most relaxed I have been in a very long time . The session was just the right amount of time and then to have the infrared sauna straight after was amazing! This wonderful package is definitely worthwhile as a treat for yourself or a loved one , especially if you need to unwind and come back to center, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Lou for your magic touch and a beautiful heart to match.
