Breathe Freedom is a fresh, clearing essential oil blend created for winter wellness, busy homes and everyday family wellbeing.
Cooling eucalyptus essential oil helps refresh the air, while soft lavender brings a clean, comforting note. Cedarwood adds gentle warmth and depth, balanced by the bold botanical character of clove bud and oregano.
Diffuse at home to create a fresher, cleaner-feeling space — ideal for bedrooms, living areas and workspaces when the household needs a little extra support.
Home/office scent - add up to 9 drops to water in an essential oil burner/plug in diffuser.
- For chest Massage - add up to 5 drops (0.5ml) to 15ml carrier oil - we love to use Organic Jojoba Oil.
- Shower steam - add up to 5 drops to a damp cloth - place cloth in the shower cubicle base and inhale the scent evaporation.
