Our multi-award winning I AM CALM essential oil made in NZ. Small batch produced with mostly certified organic ethically sourced essential oils. 

Roman Chamomile, Lavender*, Peru Balsam* and Mandarin* (*certified organic) a fresh, harmonious and soothing scent, beautifully blended to :

- assist in settling the nervous system

- help in your journey towards stress management

- align to the Throat Chakra

How to use your I AM CALM Essential Oil Blend :

- Home/office scent -Add 9-15 drops to water in an essential oil burner/plug in diffuser

- For Massage - add 10 drops (0.5ml) to 15ml carrier oil - we love to use Organic Jojoba Oil

- Refresh the scent of old candles - add up to 7 drops to a freshly lit candle

- Shower steam - add 5 drops to a damp cloth - place cloth in the shower cubicle base and enjoy the scent evaporation 

Caution : 

Do not use directly on skin unless pre-blended with a carrier oil 

Do not use during pregnancy and young children

Do not ingest
