Welcome to 45 minutes of bliss. My aim is to facilitate space for you to relax, breathe and explore positive, light filled ways to strengthen inner happiness.

Reiki healing is an holistic energy therapy that helps to restore balance, ease stress, and support deep relaxation. During your Reiki session you remain fully clothed; light touch or hands just above the body guides calming energy where it’s needed. Ideal for anxiety, tension, better sleep, and emotional reset and clarity.

This session is available distant via online or in person at Plant Potions HQ - 71 View Road, Waiheke Island. Please leave a booking note which method you prefer. A zoom link will be emailed upon confirmation of distant session. Payment taken at the session. Eftpos, Credit Cards, PayPal, Cash welcome.

Mind reset

Wow after a hard physical week of work I was blessed to experience my first reiki session with Lou , on entry I was introduce to a foot soak good timing my feet being in boots all week felt bloody good then the reiki sess followed by infrared sauna experience was mind blowing thank you so much Lou for putting my body and soul at peace 🙏
